All accounts must have a valid e-mail address on file. Failure to have a valid e-mail may result in the account being frozen or closed and even the forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses.
Management reserves the right to request for identity proof and/or address verification, or any other identity proof from an account holder, at any given time without prior notice. Failing to provide valid and legitimate documents could lead to account closure and the forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses.

For deposit and payout purposes, the name on file must match the name listed in your legal ID. Once the account is created, the name in the account CANNOT be modified or updated.
Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, neglect, share or lose his or her account number and/or password, or has deactivated the Device-based Authentication Service, BetNBet Sportsbook & Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
